Tasting Notes: Pure, fresh floral aromas with notes of hawthorne.  The saline mineral notes develop on the palate. From the village of Chardonnay in the Maconais appellation of Burgundy. The terroir is mostly limestone, which produces fine delicate wines, that need no added sulphites.  
Harvested in the early to preserve freshness, then gently pressed with the juice allowed to settle. Only the fine lees are preserved. Aging in stainless steel tanks, and at all times protecting the wine from oxygen to preserve the fresh, delicate flavours.
Food Match : Grilled chicken, seafood or dishes with tomato based sauces.
